Number 11 is operated by NUMBER 11 GROUP LIMITED, 9 Palmers Avenue, Grays, Essex, RM17 5TX, England. The effective date of this page is 2026-05-01. Contact support@numbergrou.com for account, privacy, billing, or content questions.

By creating an account, checking the required age and terms confirmations, subscribing, buying credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Number 11.

Number 11 provides AI-generated cocktail menus, ingredient lists, still images, social posters, and pour reel videos for personal hosting and creative planning. The service is digital content and software. It is not beverage commerce, shipment, regulated hospitality service, medical advice, nutrition advice, or legal advice.

Features that depend on third-party AI, storage, or billing providers may change, pause, or fail. We may add queues, credit limits, safety checks, or generation restrictions to protect users and the platform.

You must be 21 or older to register and use Number 11. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and immediately tell us about unauthorized account use.

You must not use the service to target minors with alcohol-related content or to encourage unlawful or unsafe alcohol use.

Paid plans and credit packs are shown in USD at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the account billing area or Stripe Customer Portal. Checkout must clearly show price, billing period, renewal terms, and links to these terms before payment.

Credits are usage allowances for Number 11 features. They are not money, not stored value, not a wallet, not a gift card, and not transferable. Credits may be consumed when chat, image, video, or export requests are accepted by the service.

You are responsible for reviewing generated recipes before serving drinks, checking ingredients and allergens, moderating serving sizes, and following the laws that apply to your event and guests.

You must not upload content that you do not have rights to use, personal data you are not permitted to process, images of minors for alcohol-related content, or material that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
