Will my photos be used to train AI?
No. Photos uploaded for inventory recognition or mood reference are used to produce your requested Number 11 output and to maintain safety, security, and service quality. They are not sold, and the product copy does not claim that your private photos train a public model.
How accurate are the cocktail recipes?
Recipes are AI-generated creative content, not professional bartender, medical, nutrition, or safety advice. Alcohol strength estimates can vary by pour size, product strength, and personal tolerance. You are responsible for checking allergens, ingredient labels, serving sizes, and legal requirements before serving drinks.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid subscriptions are designed to be managed through Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing period shown at checkout and in your account.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits are service usage allowances for Number 11 features. They are not cash, stored value, a wallet, a gift card, or a transferable currency. Plan credits reset according to the plan terms shown at checkout. Purchased credit packs are used only for Number 11 content and video generation.
Refund policy?
Because AI content generation consumes compute quickly, refunds are handled under the published Refund Policy. If a paid generation fails before delivery or a duplicate charge occurs, contact support with the receipt and account email.
Age restrictions and alcohol use?
You must be 21 or older to create an account. Number 11 does not sell alcohol, ship alcohol, verify legal drinking eligibility for events, or encourage excessive drinking. People who are pregnant, taking medication, in recovery, or avoiding alcohol should consult a qualified professional before consuming alcohol.
