You keep rights you already have in prompts, uploaded inventory photos, mood references, text, and other materials you submit. You grant Number 11 the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and deliver those materials for the service.

Subject to these terms, your payment status, and applicable law, you may use generated menus, posters, and videos for personal hosting, social sharing, and non-misleading promotional use for your own event or account.

You may not use outputs to sell alcohol, imply that Number 11 or a third-party brand endorses your event, target minors, make health or safety guarantees, or create content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

AI systems can produce similar outputs for different users. Number 11 does not promise that a menu name, design direction, recipe structure, or visual arrangement is unique.

You are responsible for clearing rights if you use third-party trademarks, music, recipes, venue names, likenesses, or reference images in a way that requires permission.

The Number 11 name, site design, interface, templates, pricing structure, documentation, and service assets remain owned by Number 11 or its licensors. You may not copy the service itself or remove notices from exported files where notices are required.
