Who we are

Number 11 provides AI-generated cocktail menus, image assets, and pour reel video outputs. We do not sell alcohol, deliver alcohol, or act as a licensed drinks retailer.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address, password authentication status, declared 21+ confirmation, plan selection, support messages, and consent records.

We collect generation inputs such as occasion descriptions, guest counts, preferred flavors, uploaded inventory photos, mood references, selected menu styles, and revision prompts. These inputs are used to produce the requested content and to maintain service security.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing records such as customer identifiers, subscription state, invoice state, checkout status, dispute status, and refund events. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide the product, generate menus and videos, manage credits, process billing, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, comply with legal duties, and improve reliability.

We may use aggregated operational metrics to understand service performance, but we do not sell private uploaded photos or private party prompts.

Legal bases and rights

For users covered by GDPR, our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. For users covered by CCPA, you may request access, correction, deletion, and information about categories of data used.

Retention and security

We retain account, billing, and dispute records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with tax and payment obligations, handle chargebacks, and maintain security logs.

Uploaded images and generated assets may be retained while your account is active unless you request deletion or a shorter product retention setting is available. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we use access controls and operational safeguards appropriate for a consumer SaaS product.

International use

Number 11 is designed for a global audience, but users remain responsible for complying with alcohol laws that apply to them. Privacy requests and account support are handled in English.
