You must be 21 or older to create an account, subscribe, buy credits, upload inventory photos, or generate alcohol-adjacent content in Number 11. This 21+ standard is required even if a different drinking age applies where you live.

You must not generate, request, publish, or distribute content that markets alcohol to minors, depicts minors in alcohol contexts, encourages underage drinking, or helps anyone evade age restrictions.

You must not use Number 11 to encourage binge drinking, coercive drinking, drinking games designed for intoxication, unsafe serving sizes, impaired driving, or ignoring health warnings.

You must not request absolute promises about safe drinking limits. Alcohol tolerance varies, and outputs must not claim that a quantity is safe for every person.

You must not request alcohol guidance that conflicts with medical treatment, recovery from alcohol dependence, pregnancy guidance, medication warnings, or instructions from a qualified professional.

Number 11 may refuse prompts that appear to encourage harmful consumption, target vulnerable people, or turn alcohol use into a health claim.

You must not upload or generate illegal content, infringing content, non-consensual personal data, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, violent threats, malware instructions, or content that violates payment processor rules.

You must have the rights needed for images, references, names, music directions, and text that you submit. Do not imply endorsement by a brand, venue, creator, or person without permission.

We may block a prompt, remove content, limit credits, suspend an account, or terminate access if we believe this policy is violated or if payment, legal, or platform risk requires action.
